TO OUR VALUED CRESTRON HOME^® CUSTOMERS

Crestron’s latest update to its operating system for Crestron Home^®, OS 4, went live as of March 20, 2024.  Your Crestron Touchscreens have updated automatically, and you simply need to download the latest version of the Crestron Home^® app to experience OS 4 on your mobile devices. Other than that, a few of the new features of OS 4 – such as whole-home paging, end-user lighting/shading scheduler, or the addition of new digital lighting capabilities -  will require a firmware update to your Crestron Home^® processing unit, which can easily be handled by your AV Enthusiast Integration Team.
