PLANNING A POOL PARTY FOR YOUR GRADUATE?

May 2023 is a special and busy time for you if you have a graduating high school or college student in your home.

You may very well be planning a full-blown celebration centered around the family pool, and at the moment there just isn’t enough time to get everything done. There are the invitations to be mailed and the gifts bought. Dinner and refreshments must be planned and ordered, and it's crucial for the pool to be sparkling clean and the landscaping touched up. About a week ago, you had us perform a complete AV check-up of all professionally installed audio, video, network, and control components in your home so that you can be confident that all of your entertainment systems will perform without any glitches for your houseful of rowdy guests.

During the AV Check-up, our skilled AV Integrators checked the status of software/firmware updates and initiated those updates that were needed. In addition, they ensured that all systems were operating optimally and inspected and cleaned all hardware as needed. You breathed a sigh of relief as they left, so thankful that they were available at the last minute.

Very soon, there will be no need for a last-minute call to AV Enthusiast for a maintenance check-up if you decide to avail yourself of our new touchless support plan, called AVE Care . This new service, which we’ve been testing for the last year, takes system maintenance to a whole new level of support in that your AV technology will be securely monitored 24/7, allowing our support specialists to detect and fix system issues before you even know there is a problem. It will also include automatic software and firmware updates for your systems, allowing them to “purr like a finely-tuned sports car.”

As part of this new service, you will also be able to choose the level of support (called a service tier) that is best for you, which can include periodic on-site visits that go beyond touchless support, such as cleaning and inspecting all hardware.
